Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You can claim a free subdomain on one of our base domains, or attach a domain you already own. For your own domain we show you the exact CNAME and TXT records to create and verify them for you automatically.

Which Minecraft versions and server software do you support?

Any Java Edition version from 1.7 onward. You can run Paper, Purpur, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Velocity or plain vanilla - switch between them whenever you like.

Can I install mods and plugins?

Yes. The panel has Modrinth and CurseForge browsers built in, so you can install a plugin, a mod or a whole modpack with one click. You can also upload your own jars and configs over SFTP.

What happens if I outgrow my plan?

Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated - you only pay the difference. Your world, plugins and configuration carry over untouched because the files never move between machines.

Do you offer refunds?

If something is not working and we cannot fix it, we will refund the current billing period. Reach out in Discord or by email and a human will sort it out.
